“ Being good in this business is hard. We are surrounded by excellence in this corner of he country and Asian Fusion is not unique. But Saku in Hoboken deserves respect for being excellent. The sushi was beyond fresh, and the service was impeccable. What a pleasure this experience was from start to finish. My glass was never more than half full before it was refilled, the environment was fun, energized and just right. The choice was exciting with traditional sushi as good as anywhere, excellent fusion rolls and a great choice of drinks. This really is the place to go in Hoboken and compares with the best Manhattan has to offer. And the price is incredible. At least half what I would have paid in Manhattan. To all of you who run, own and manage this establishment, thank you and well done. ”

“ Really great sushi restaurant. We sat outside and they have enough space for 2 real tables due to the heating situation. Basically blasts two cents of hot air over the tables. We got a bunch of food including some specialty rolls. The cauliflower app was especially good and worthwhile. It's expensive, so definitely not a place to order in. ”
“ A perfect meal on a hot summer day! Our party of five enjoyed 3 appetizers and the family style platter. The chili edamame were a tangy, slightly spicy, fun surprise twist on the classic appetizer. Both the shrimp shumai and the veggie spring rolls were also crowd pleasers, and exactly enough for five. The Family Style sushi platter was perfect as well (while it was advertised as 6 or more, if your group can eat then I suggest pairing with other dishes). For those who don’t drink, the mocktails are lovely (I had the lemonade) The ambiance is upscale and beautiful to look at, but still a relaxed vibe. It works as a date spot, for friends, or for family! Definitely recommend ”
